Santa is nothing if not consistent. It might be only one night a year, but man, those nights add up.
With all the craziness with Christmas, I’m finding it hard to put together anything more coherent than this connection between Will Durant and Santa:
“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit.”

Will Durant is a famous historian/author who, along with his wife, authored an entire history of civilization, along with a much shorter version that I read called Fallen Leaves (which is great).
Anyway, I was thinking about that after reading this quote, and, separately, I was also continuing to tick my boxes for my drawing challenge (consistency!), and I suddenly thought that the two go together.
This little thought of practicing something each day is something that I learned early on but always underestimate.
