9 rules for new technology
I came across this list from the writer Wendell Berry, who wrote about the rules he had for any new technology. These rules were written in 1987, but feel like they should apply to anything made today. Here is the list.

Overexcited for spring

Six times in six years
Over the course of the past 7 days I’ve run a marathon, celebrated my wife’s birthday, and moved into a new house. It’s been a busy month, but that’s nothing compared to the past 6 years.

Notes from the trail 03.11
My training plan for the upcoming marathon (this Sunday!) was rudely interrupted by an obligatory work trip to Cancún. I know right? The nerve! I dealt with it because I love travel running. There are worse places to have a few tune up runs. 😉
