Breakfast for dinner
Something I believe that others disagree with: breakfast for dinner is never a bad idea. Another thing: savory and sweet are better together. For example, grilled pineapple and halloumi, golden raisins and roasted cauliflower, or my dish from last night: homemade waffles, fried egg, and coconut bacon. Rules are made to be broken!

Like riding a bike
There are few things like learning to ride a bike. The process is different for everyone, but the way it suddenly “clicks” and you go from not being able to balance, pedal, and steer to being able to do all those things, and never forgetting it again in your life, is magic.
