Fall is here. It’s the autumnal equinox, and as if on cue, the weather is shifting drastically today. My run today felt like going through a portal. Fall equinox
Today is the fall equinox, when we all experience an equal 12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of night. I’ve been able to feel the shift this week. Even though it’s gonna get dark (and fast) in the northern hemisphere, fall is my favorite time of year.

Fall, my favorite
The warm days and cool nights. The changing colors. Long walks with jackets on. The regularity and satisfaction of being immersed in work and school. All of these things make fall seem especially full.
