Fall camping pt 2

Two weeks after our first camping trip, we did it again! As good as the first trip was, this was even better.

Similar to our first go-round, we went to a state park here in NC for a single night. But unlike that trip, this campground was only 15 minutes from home (Jordan Lake), and we went with another family (two sites next to each other). It was nice to have the additional company for both the kids and adults. The weather was perfect. The campsites were nice. The lake was stunning. The bathrooms adequate.

Sadly, this is probably our last camping trip of the year, but I’ve already booked us back next spring, and we’ll plan for multiple nights instead of one. 😉
