A weekly selection of what I was reading, drawing, writing, and doing.

Started a little summer vacation for myself last week and spent most of my time off of my laptop and not reading or paying attention much to what was happening in the world except for our little bubble. My days can basically be summed up as ice cream, bike rides, and house work.
It’s pretty awesome, although I always experience some disorientation when I’m out of my normal routine. Hard to keep my habits in check. Anyway…
I did get around to summarizing another chapter of Radical Acceptance and am getting close to the end. This last one was on forgiveness and it was/is pretty great.
I was reminded about the power of positive self-talk via a great NFL films video that made me think of other examples I had read that were similar.
I shared a random painting of an alien outside a restaurant called ‘Babs in Glasgow (real place). I dunno why but I like it.

Another update on the house renovation. Things have to give soon. We’re at another tipping point.
I found my summer album and it is FKJ’s Vincent.
Finally, check out this experimental skateboarding video. Gotta have lots of falls before you land it. I like it.
Last but not least, check out what I’m up to now.
